Ziad began his career with Millward Brown in 2001 in the financial category, and over the years has worked on various industries such as automotive, retail, CPG, pharmaceutical, apparel, chemical, broadcasting, financial services and service category.

In the past decade, Ziad primarily focused on designing and executing market segmentation, brand equity, and marketing effectiveness. He had consulted to several prominent brands across the U.S.

While working at Millward Brown, he managed the quantitative analysis and was the lead consultant across many industries and research disciplines.
Ziad holds a B.Sc. in International Business, and M.A. from American International University.

Pedro Piffaut has over twenty years of expertise applying econometric modeling and statistics in the market research industry to uplift business performance and firm growth. He also develops econometric models and solutions for the banking and finance industry along with customized solutions to several verticals in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

He had consulted to the World Bank Group and Columbia University in the City of New York within the economics field. During his academic career, he has authored and co-authored research and working papers in finance, macroeconomics, economic growth, and economics of education and health economics.

He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics and Education from Columbia University in New York. He also holds an MBA, a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a B.Sc. in Health Sciences.
